after they reorganised their programme massively the last years you can´t call it a cultural link anymore in my opinion...unfortunately they cut away their Kulturjournal to be an appendix of ARTE Journal, no theatre, festivals or dance films anymore...just boring documentaries and classical music have left and their short cuts/Kurzchluss put to a time where working people usually sleep...
